• Beat the heat with these delicious blueberry smoothies from organic Cascadian Farm. Sweet blueberries plus tangy lemon yogurt—a tasty treat for any time of day!

     

     

     

    Blueberry Smoothie

    Serves: 2

    Prep time: 5-10 minutes

    Ingredients

    1 cup frozen organic blueberries

    1/2 cup vanilla soymilk or fat-free (skim) milk

    1 container (6 oz) lemon or vanilla low-fat yogurt

    Honey, if desired

    Directions

    In blender, place blueberries, soymilk and yogurt. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey.

    Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

    Substitution

    It’s an easy (and yummy) switch to make these smoothies with raspberries instead of blueberries.
