Food Book Fair

Foodies unite! Brooklyn will soon play host to the fourth annual Food Book Fair, a three-day event that celebrates and explores the intricacy of food culture, food systems, and much
more.

Everyone in the gastro-sphere will be in attendance, from chefs, farmers, restaurateurs, butchers, food-writers, and more. Tickets will be sold by the day or all-inclusively for the weekend, which will include events, food, and drink.

On April 11th, the festival will have a special min event for Foodieodicals, a collection of magazines, journals, and quarterlies for a special indie food magazine fest. All things food will be featured in print from around the globe.

The event will be held at Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, where dozens of participants will shed light on the modern world of food.

A few of the highlights of the festival include:

  • A conversation and tasting with 1000 Foods to Eat Before You Die’s author Mimi Sherton.
  • A cocktail event and interactive reading with Death & Company.
  • A discussion on the complexity of food labeling.
