Sometimes celebrities get a bad rap for speaking their minds, and even for just being who they are, instead of what everyone else wants them to be. However, more often than not, celebrities are committed to helping the environment and the people around them. With that in mind we are taking a look at what they are tweeting in relation to their fellow man and the planet. 1. Robin Meade
Head news anchor of “Morning Express” on Headline News, Robin Meade tweeted this adorable photo of her rescue pup. She looks so peaceful sleeping!

2. Jared Leto
Actor and lead singer of 30 Seconds to Mars, Jared Leto is a huge supporter of saving the Arctic. He and his band even filmed their recent music video north of the Arctic Circle to educate others about global warming. Here’s one of his many tweets to prove it.

3. Rosario Dawson
Actress Rosario Dawson showed how much she cares about the environment through Twitter. She let everyone know she signed a petition, started by a young girl, against plastic bags.

4. Thomas Ian Nicholas
Remember him? Whether you watched him in “Rookie of the Year” or “American Pie” Thomas Ian Nicholas never seems to age, but that’s beside the point. He posted this gorgeous photo of his brother’s garden and it’s truly beautiful.
