Who loves hot chocolate? You’ll love it even more thanks to Marla Meridith. This little twist on the favorite seasonal beverage is perfect for adding flavor to a glass of cold soy, almond or coconut milk. Enjoy and savor the chocolate!
Frozen Hot Chocolate Ice Cubes
Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 hours, 6 minutes
Yield: 14 hot chocolate ice cubes
1 1/2 cups Milk (unsweetened coconut, almond, soy, cow’s milk, etc.)
2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Vanilla Stevia Drops to taste, or your favorite natural sweetener
You will need an ice cube tray for this. Heat up milk in a saucepan or microwave until hot but not boiling. Stir in cocoa powder and stevia to taste. Pour hot chocolate into ice cube tray. Freeze until solid and serve with milk.
